Shipping Policy

Delivery on cloth is ₹99 per order, and free when the cloth in your order comes to ₹2,500 or more (swatches do not count towards it). Every price includes GST; delivery is the only thing added, and the total with delivery is always shown before you place your order.

Swatches ordered on their own are posted for ₹49. In the same order as cloth, they travel with it at no extra charge.

If you pay cash on delivery, the courier collects the amount on your invoice when the parcel arrives.

Cloth and swatches are cut and dispatched within 2–4 working days. Courier transit is typically 2–7 days depending on your PIN code. These are estimates — festival seasons and remote PIN codes can add time.

You'll receive updates as your order moves along — confirmed, dispatched, delivered — by email, along with courier tracking details at dispatch. You can also check your order status any time using the link in your confirmation.

Cloth is rolled rather than folded wherever possible, to avoid crease lines, and packed in moisture-safe wrapping.

If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse it if possible or photograph the packaging before opening and tell us within 48 hours — the Refund & Cancellation Policy covers what happens next. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us within 72 hours at support@thehofstore.co and we'll take it up with the courier.
