We sell printed and woven cloth by the metre — from 1 metre, in half-metre steps, up to 50 metres of any one colour online. For more than that, ask us for a bulk price.

We also sell swatches, to feel the cloth before you order it: a swatch of any colour of a plain, check or stripe, or a print's whole swatch card with all its colours on it. Up to 12 swatches go in one order. How swatches are priced and credited is set out in section 6.

Every order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you the order confirmation email; from then on you have an order number and updates as it moves along.

Cloth is a natural, handled product. Small variations in colour, texture and weave — and small differences between a screen and real cloth, from screen settings and dye lots — are part of textiles, not defects. That is what swatches are for.

Every price is in Indian rupees, per metre, and includes 5% GST. Nothing is added except delivery, and the total with delivery is shown before you place your order.

Cloth is priced by length: each colour's rate per metre falls as the length of that colour grows, as the price table on every fabric shows, and each colour is priced on its own length. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

If an obvious pricing error slips through, we tell you before dispatch, and you may cancel at no cost.

You pay cash on delivery: the courier collects the amount on your invoice when your parcel arrives, and nothing is charged before then. Paying online by UPI or card is on its way.

A GST invoice is issued with every order. Add your GSTIN at checkout to have it in your business's name.

We deliver across India. Charges and timelines are in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees: we are not liable for courier delays beyond our control, though we will always help you chase a parcel.

A swatch of a colour you buy by the metre in the same order is free, and a print's swatch card is free with any colour of that print. A free swatch carries no credit.

What you pay for other swatches comes off your next cloth order once the swatches are paid for — applied automatically when you are signed in with the email you ordered with, or by giving the swatches' order number at checkout. Postage is not credited. Swatches are cut cloth and are not refundable.

How returns, replacements and cancellations work — for cloth by the metre and for swatches — is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to approach consumer forums.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it.
